Customers should monitor their order tracking information and report any delivery issues within 7 days of dispatch. We cannot investigate or compensate for delivery problems reported after this period.

Taxes and Duties

Please be aware that as the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by your destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and may be required to release your order from customs upon arrival. If your order is returned due to unpaid duties, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or credit note, and the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
